Jiangsu Yuexing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is located in Xinghua economic development zone of Jiangsu province. Xinghua is also the hometown of the national most beautiful rape flower, ‘native place of Zhengbanqiao, cradle of Water Margin’.

In the early 1970s, in response to the Chairman Mao’s call----in health work, which was put the stress on the rural area, the company was remodeled on the basis of Xinghua General Factory. After several generations’ inheritance, the company had developed from a workshop which had single produced electuaries and pills into a internationally advanced level pharmaceutical enterprise, which focused on R&D, production and sales. The enterprise had gained awards of the Jiangsu provincial governor several times，civilized unit of Jiangsu province，the National Second-Class Enterprise awarded by the State Council and High and New Technology Enterprise of Jiangsu province. In 1995, the enterprise had been the first enterprise whose sales was over 100 millions in Xinghua，and the economic aggregate ranked the fifth of all the pharmaceutical enterprises in Jiangsu province.

In December 1997，the enterprise restructured into Jiangsu Banqiao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. In May 2002，the enterprise was acquired by American Romit Pharmaceutical corporation and American Jibang company，and renamed as Romit Pharmaceutical ( Jiangsu) Company. In March 2013，Romit Pharmaceutical (Jiangsu) company was restructured into Jiangsu Yuexing pharmaceutical co., Ltd.

The registered capital of company was ￥121.58 million . The first-stage of the plant covers 163458.7 square meters, the construction area is 136842 square meters and the first-stage investment was 1 billion RMB. The company includes oral solid preparation workshop, injection workshop, infusion workshop, lyophilized powder workshop and so on. The new workshops and equipments were designed in accordance with the standards of the EU and FDA. The main production equipments were imported from Germany,and the whole production line reached the international first-class and domestic leading level; and all equipments were adopted advanced design concept, and programmed automatic control. The company has unique characteristic and advantage in technology, manufacture scale and visual management. The company attaches great importance to the ecological environment protection and energy conservation and emissions reduction work, actively fulfills the social responsibility, and promote the company sustainable development.

The company has 226 employees, of which there are 130 college or higher people, 16 masters or doctors, and 40 engineering pharmaceutical technical personnel. There are 110 re-registered products, which cover the antibiotics, antipyretic-analgesics, digestive system, cardiovascular system, gynecology, electrolyte and acid-base balance and endocrine system.
